Bookings for our Clear Medicine Winter Hideout close this Friday. We have designed our Hideouts to be a place where women can come and learn about how to support their bodies in a nurturing, supportive and beautiful environment.
We've got some great talks planned along with a fermented food workshop, gentle yoga and plenty of time and space to explore the beautiful gardens of Hellens Manor.
Our intention for the Winter weekend is for you to leave not only feeling refreshed and inspired but with real, actionable skills to take back home.
