I am so excited to finally announce we have dates for our Revelation Retreat in 2023!

Katy and I had planned to run this retreat in 2020 but it was cancelled due to COVID and we had been looking for a while for another venue. After a trip to Paros last year we decided this was the place to run the retreat again.

This week will be full of insight and revelation (and sunshine and sea!) and you will leave with a whole bundle of new long term, sustainable health habits.
